We focus on creating a relaxed and familiar environment for your child. The session typically begins with a discussion about the initial concern. We then conduct a tailored physiotherapy session, using techniques and exercises suited to your child’s unique needs. Throughout the session, I’ll explain what we’re doing and why, and I welcome any questions or concerns you may have. By working together, we ensure your child gets the most out of their personalised care plan.
To ensure the session runs smoothly, it's helpful to have a quiet, comfortable space ready where your child can move freely and feel at ease. Please dress your child in clothing that allows for easy movement, like shorts and a t-shirt. If there are any specific items you'd like to discuss—like mobility aids, toys, or previous treatment plans—having those nearby can be useful. We'll bring any necessary equipment for the session, so there’s no need to worry about that. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out beforehand, and we would be happy to guide you through the preparation process.
We understand that plans can change! If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Ideally, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Please reach out using our contact details so we don't turn up unexpectedly, and we can then accommodate a new time that works for you.
